By accessing or using Unlimited AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Unlimited AI provides a web-based interface and API proxy for accessing various large language models (LLMs) from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Alibaba, Moonshot, Meta, and others. The Service acts as a proxy and does not host AI models itself.
The Service is offered with unlimited usage per user. However, we reserve the right to implement reasonable rate limiting to prevent abuse, ensure fair access, and maintain service stability. Excessive automated usage, scraping, or API abuse may result in throttling or termination of access.
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
Your API key is provided for your personal use. You may not share, distribute, or sublicense your key. The key is rate-limited per IP address by our upstream provider.
You retain ownership of your input data. Output generated by AI models is provided as-is and may not be original or unique. We make no claims of copyright over AI-generated content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AI MODELS MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE, HARMFUL, OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
In no event shall Unlimited AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service proxies requests to third-party AI providers. Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the terms of the upstream providers:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or others.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
